As a REMOTE Inbound Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our clients' customers. You'll work independently, using your own computer and headset, to take phone calls and respond to customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities:
