Lead Pharmacy Technician, Customer Service/Data Entry in arenaflex

A Day in the Life:

As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, you'll be responsible for leading and supporting our front-end pharmacy technician team, assisting with data entry, customer service, and processing support tasks when the pharmacy is busy. You'll work closely with our senior technicians to coordinate daily production, troubleshoot and resolve workflow issues, and partner with pharmacy leaders on team training plans. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible care, and that our pharmacy runs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with senior technicians to coordinate daily production of assigned areas, including data entry, customer service, and automation

• Troubleshoot and assist with front-end processes and workflow issues to identify solutions
• Partner with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborate with field training teams as needed
• Assist in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws
• Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information and medication orders
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices and regulations

Pay Range:

The typical pay range for this role is: Minimum: $18.50 Maximum: $34.60 Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:

• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
• One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

• Prior experience in the long-term care industry
• PTCB National Certification

Education:

A verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.
