Key Responsibilities
As a WFH Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: - Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and virtual interactions - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilizing various tools and systems to initiate and assist customers - Maintaining a working knowledge of all arenaflex products, services, and promotions - Making recommendations according to customer needs - Handling credit checks, service activations, and changes, and receivables management/collections - Selling all services and products offered by arenaflex - Troubleshooting and resolving customer-impacting issues such as voice and data issues that span multiple networks and interdependent network elements - Providing support for products and services offered by arenaflex - Assisting customers with products and services such as laptop connect services, including air cards, USB devices, initial set-up, and configuration of arenaflex-provided software and applications
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you'll need: - At least one year of customer service experience - Call center experience preferred - Advanced typing/keyboarding skills preferred - Ability to work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to adapt to changing technology and applications - Ability to maintain a clean and professional workspace
