Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all payment transactions, including incoming and outgoing payments
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all payment activities
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner
- Communicate with clients, vendors, or team members regarding payment issues professionally
- Follow company policies and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive financial information
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline payment operations
