[Remote] Mobile General Skilled Technician

The Mobile General Skilled Technician will be responsible for property maintenance, ensuring facilities operate flawlessly by performing general repairs, troubleshooting issues, and conducting preventive maintenance programs.
Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs and small service projects (e.g., walls, windows, doors)
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with appliances and building systems
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance
- Provide minor HVAC and plumbing support to trade-specific technicians
- Engage with clients to confirm service requests and ensure satisfaction
- Adhere to safety standards and building regulations
Skills
- Proficiency with tools and equipment (e.g., ladders)
- Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and diagrams
- Budget management experience
- Comfort using mobile devices (cellphones, tablets) for work orders
- Demonstrated experience in general repairs (painting, carpentry, plumbing) in commercial settings
- High school diploma or GED required
- Trade school education in building-related fields preferred
- Relevant training certifications are a plus
