Key Responsibilities:

• * Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, networking, and direct sourcing to identify top talent across different skill sets.
• * Candidate Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial phone interviews, assess candidates qualifications, and evaluate their fit for various roles.
• * Job Posting & Candidate Outreach: Write compelling job descriptions, post open positions on various job boards, and reach out to potential candidates to gauge interest.
• * Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand the specific hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
• * Manage Applicant Tracking Systems: Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidates, manage interview schedules, and update hiring progress.
• * Offer Negotiation & Onboarding Support: Assist in the offer process and ensure a smooth transition from candidate selection to onboarding.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• * Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• * Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• * Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media recruitment tools.
• * Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• * Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• * High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• * Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
• Experience:
• * At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, ideally with a focus on remote recruitment.
• * Experience in sourcing and hiring across various industries, including technology, healthcare, finance, or customer service, is a plus.
• * Familiarity with U.S.-based labor laws and hiring practices.
• Working Hours:
• * Full-time position.
• * Flexible working hours, though availability during standard U.S. business hours (9:00 AM 6:00 PM EST) is preferred.
• * Remote position with the ability to work from anywhere in the U.S.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• * Knowledge of Recruiting Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting.
• * Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• * Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• * Technology Proficiency: Skilled in using recruitment platforms, CRM tools, and job boards. Comfortable with remote work technologies like video conferencing, collaboration tools, etc.
• * Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and address challenges in the recruitment process, offering creative solutions.
