The Role

As an experienced Chat Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients through live chat. Your primary focus will be on responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a timely and professional manner. You'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values to every customer interaction. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product information, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services
