Experienced Customer Service Representative (Hybrid) – Delivering Exceptional Experiences for arenaflex Customers

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve their concerns and deliver exceptional experiences.
What You'll Do:
As a CSR at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in maintaining good customer relations, both on the phone and in person. Your responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining excellent customer relations through courteous, knowledgeable, and empathetic interactions
* Gathering information from customers to identify and solve problems
* Confirming, rescheduling, and setting services for customers
* Setting sales appointments for new customers
* Answering billing questions and completing general clerical duties as assigned
* Working as a team with Service and Sales to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Selling the value of our services and suggesting upgrades to service
* Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor, even in high-pressure situations
What You'll Need:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent listening and communication skills
* A pleasant phone voice and the ability to clearly speak and be understood on the phone
* Multitasking skills to enter accurate data and type while speaking with customers
* The ability to remain calm and work under pressure, even in busy situations
* Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
* Excellent organization and time management skills
* Availability to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
