[Remote] Oracle HCM Analyst

Campus4Tech offers a hands-on Oracle HCM Analyst Training & Placement Program designed to help professionals build or advance their careers in Oracle Cloud HCM. The role involves gathering HR business requirements, configuring Oracle HCM modules, and collaborating with technical teams to support enterprise HR systems.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze HR business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud functional solutions
  • Configure and support Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Talent, or Recruiting
  • Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and post-go-live support
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and data conversions
  • Prepare functional documentation such as BRDs, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and user guides
  • Support stakeholders with system enhancements, issue resolution, and process improvements

Skills

  • Experience in HR operations, HRIS, payroll, benefits, or ERP support
  • Experience as a functional consultant, business analyst, or HR professional transitioning into Oracle Cloud HCM roles
  • Interest in working on Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, or Recruiting
  • Strong communication skills to translate HR business requirements into system configurations
  • Experience in HR systems, ERP platforms, data analysis, integrations, or reporting

  • Ability to configure and support Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Talent, or Recruiting
