  • Prepare, edit, and organize documents
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Create and maintain reports

Skills

  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to learn new tasks and tools
  • Previous experience in an administrative or client service role
