Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Managers within each rotation with activities such as data analysis and report building
  • Review internal & external customer feedback and implement changes for improving customer experience
  • Communicate internally & externally status of work or projects to partners and stakeholders are varying levels of the organization
  • Work with peers and various business partners supporting overall team initiatives
  • Participate in improvement opportunities and provide constructive feedback

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience or currently enrolled in college or university
  • 1+ years
  • Experience in collecting and analyzing data
  • Experience presenting insights and providing recommendations to leadership
  • Experience working collaboratively in a matrixed environment
  • Experience setting priorities and completing assignments on time
