Regional Account Manager (RAM)

Shamrock Labels provides high-quality labeling solutions for hospitals and pharmacies nationwide. As a Regional Account Manager, you will represent the Shamrock brand by supporting customers across the hospital and retail pharmacy markets, serving as a primary point of contact and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person as needed
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer questions and escalations
  • Coordinate with production, graphics, and shipping teams
  • Support Strategic Account Managers with quotes and follow-ups
  • Reach out to customers to support reorders and new sales opportunities
  • Analyze customer order history to anticipate needs
  • Manage customer projects from start to finish

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in sales, customer service, or account management
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • College degree a plus, not required
  • Customer service or sales experience helpful but not required
