Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of warm, inbound, pre-qualified leads and conduct scheduled consultative sales calls via Zoom
- Diagnose each prospect’s goals and gaps, then confidently recommend the best-fit Product Management or AI program
- Close high-ticket offers ranging from $5,000–$20,000, backed by a double money-back guarantee and a proven track record of client success
- Own and manage the full sales cycle using a CRM, including pipeline management, follow-ups, and deal progression
- Consistently hit and exceed KPIs across call volume, close rate, and monthly revenue targets
- Build trust and rapport quickly while clearly communicating the transformational ROI of career coaching and AI education

Skills
- 1+ years of sales experience, ideally in high-ticket, consultative, or solution-based selling

- Professional remote presence on Zoom: clear audio/video, punctual, and fully remote-ready
