Research Assistant- POSTGRADUATE WAYNE LAW ENROLLMENT MANAGEMENT OFFICE FELLOW
Wayne State University is a premier public research university located in Detroit, Michigan. They are seeking a recent law school graduate for a one calendar year Post-Graduate Research Assistant Fellowship to assist with research, marketing, and enrollment management for the Law School's Enrollment Management Office.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and use data driven analytics to recommend and assist with the development of innovative opportunities for increasing Wayne Law’s market share specific to undergraduate and graduate programs
- Assist with marketing and recruitment, enrollment management, and special events and activities
Skills
- J.D. from a Counsel-accredited law school is required
- The applicant must be a Class of 2025 graduate from a Counsel-accredited law school
- Have interest in higher education
- Candidates must be able to engage in research and writing at a high level
- Exercise independent judgment
- Responsibly manage multiple projects
- Communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Complete assignments with minimal supervision
- Applicants are required to submit (1) a letter of interest describing the candidate's interest in the fellowship position, (2) a resume, (3) a law school transcript, and (4) the names and contact information of three individuals prepared to provide professional references
