They are seeking a Junior Sales Associate to participate in a sales apprenticeship program aimed at developing elite sales professionals through mentorship and practical experience in recruitment and account management.
Responsibilities
- You will partner with an experienced Account Manager, to learn from them and help drive their business forward
- To begin, you will recruit on open positions for our Fortune 500 customers
- This will create the foundation for your sales development
- As you develop your skills, you will advance into our Sales Readiness Program
- Upon promotion to Account Manager, you will develop and service your own customer base by creating meaningful partnerships, building trust, and driving client outcomes
