[Remote] Sales Development Representative

They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Netsmartz, a leading IT services provider, to drive growth by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities and nurturing leads.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential customers and target accounts within the software services industry in the North American Market
- Outbound Outreach: Utilize various methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking to engage with prospects and generate interest in our services
- Qualify Leads: Assess and qualify leads based on defined criteria to ensure they align with our target customer profile
- Schedule Meetings: Set up meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handoff of information
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities in our CRM system, knowledge of Dynamics CRM will be a plus
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies and messaging
- Follow-Up: Persistently follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the lead generation funnel
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to management
Skills
- Experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably in the software services or technology industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively
- Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for achieving targets
- Ability to quickly learn and understand software services and solutions
- Experience with CRM software and lead generation tools
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and improve lead generation processes
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of Dynamics CRM will be a plus
