[Remote] Business Development Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Abrigo provides technology that community financial institutions use to manage risk and drive growth. They are looking for a Business Development Representative to help identify and engage prospects, nurturing relationships to convert them into clients.

Responsibilities

• Working a multi-touch cadence via phone, email, and social platforms to engage and start a conversation with prospects
• Nurturing relationships in your territory to manage a pipeline of prospects who aren’t ready to start looking yet but would be a future fit
• Qualifying leads and opportunities by learning about who they are and what they do, and making sure their situation and timing is right to be handed off to the sales team

Skills

• 1+ year of prior inside sales experience – preferably in a BDR, SDR or MDR role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A competitive nature, a drive to win, and work ethic to get you there
• Hungry for insights into your how business is working and where it can improve
• Energy, creativity, positivity, and enthusiasm – you subscribe to the 212 degrees theory
• Occasional travel required for team events to support engagement, relationship-building, and key decision-making
