Job Summary

As a Remote Live Chat Sales Agent, you'll be responsible for providing live chat support to customers via our clients' websites and social media pages. You'll work independently, managing your own schedule, and be expected to deliver high-quality support and sales conversations that meet or exceed our clients' expectations. With full training provided, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in sales and customer support, and grow your career with arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide live chat support to customers via our clients' websites and social media pages

  • Respond to incoming inquiries from customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and sales-related queries
  • Use provided steps and instructions to resolve customer issues and close sales
  • Work independently, managing your own schedule and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and sales conversion rates
  • Collaborate with our team to share best practices, provide feedback, and continuously improve our services

Requirements

* A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Availability of at least 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 20 hours per week
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
