As a Remote Live Chat Sales Agent, you'll be responsible for providing live chat support to customers via our clients' websites and social media pages. Key Responsibilities

• Work independently, managing your own schedule and prioritizing tasks effectively
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and sales conversion rates

Requirements

* A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
