The Role
We're currently seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve our financial goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Accounting Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Monthly/Quarterly Accounting and Analysis: You'll be responsible for analyzing and reporting on the financial performance of a specific business vertical, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial outcomes.
- Education of Monthly Accruals: You'll work closely with our accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely accruals, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Process Efficiency: You'll identify opportunities to improve business processes and guide enterprise teams on accounting regions, driving efficiency and productivity.
- Technical Accounting Research: You'll conduct research and write technical role papers on accounting positions for new initiatives, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Partnership and Collaboration: You'll partner with our global accounting team to broaden procedure improvement tasks, identify requirements for worldwide consistency, and assist in the identification of requirements for statutory audit and tax audit.
- Auditor Coordination: You'll coordinate with auditors to ensure timely closure of statutory audit and tax audit, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Month-End/Quarter-End Accounting and Analysis: You'll analyze and report on the financial performance of a specific business vertical, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial outcomes.
- Guidance of Monthly Accruals: You'll work closely with our accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely accruals, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ Years of Finance Experience: You'll have a strong background in finance, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field.
- 2+ Years of Accounts Payable/Receivable Experience: You'll have a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or receivable, with a strong understanding of financial processes and procedures.
- 2+ Years of Using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): You'll have experience using KPIs to analyze financial performance and drive business decisions.
- Knowledge of Modern Software: You'll be proficient in using modern software applications, including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, Square, and VBA.
- Experience Using Records to Drive Business Decisions: You'll have experience using financial records to drive business decisions, with a strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of Company Finance: You'll have a strong understanding of company finance, including budgeting, planning, forecasting, and reporting.
Desired Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- 2+ Years of Experience in Non-Stop Development Projects: You'll have experience working on non-stop development projects, with a strong understanding of controllership and measurable consequences.
- Experience in TM1, Records Warehouse, and Square: You'll have experience using TM1, Records Warehouse, and Square, with a strong understanding of financial processes and procedures.
