Job Summary

As a customer support representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers and financial advisors. You'll become an expert in our platform, providing top-notch support and guidance to help our customers get the most from their arenaflex experience. With a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction, you'll be a key first responder when our customers face challenges and a trusted advisor who helps them navigate our platform.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Develop in-depth knowledge of the arenaflex platform and its features, providing expert guidance and support to customers and financial advisors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues, improving overall customer satisfaction and experience
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve customer support and services
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Work collaboratively with the support team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* College graduate with a degree in finance, business, or a related field (major in finance or business preferred)

• 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field (prior experience supporting a software product preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Strong problem-solving instincts and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
• Comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems within a short time
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience in the financial advisory business or a related field

• Knowledge of financial planning and wealth management principles
• Experience working with software products and platforms
• Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
