Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues they may have
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to deliver outstanding results
  • Utilize all broadcast equipment and technology as assigned, including standard and high-definition operations, content management, linear and non-linear edit systems, encoding systems, server-based recording/playback devices, and more
  • Validate video and audio quality during live and recorded programming, set up standards for incoming feeds, and clip/edit content for production and programming
  • Exhibit knowledge of editing techniques on non-linear systems and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of broadcast techniques
  • Measure audio and video signals to ensure quality control of arenaflex standards on all operations
  • Participate in training programs for self-professional development and stay up-to-date with any relevant equipment and workflow changes

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 2 years of practical TV production experience at the large market or network level
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including late shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Previous experience in a live production environment, internship, or similar educational experience
  • Knowledge of server-based recording/playback and non-linear editing systems like Quantel
  • Understanding of format changes, EVS, transcoding systems, and file formats
