Personal Insurance Client Service Representative
Marsh McLennan Agency is a leading provider of business insurance and employee health solutions. They are seeking a Client Service Representative to manage client inquiries, provide insurance recommendations, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Receive phone calls and office visitors requesting changes to existing coverage and/or new policies. Determine acceptability and placement make recommendations, complete applications or endorsement requests and collect premium when applicable
- Review existing accounts to determine if an additional line of insurance or coverage of insurance should be recommended
- Maintain and develop underwriting knowledge as well as procedures for all carriers using internet sites
- Assist in meeting monthly pre-established goals
- Handle all clients with a high level of customer service to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and professionalism at every service contact
- Inform, educate, and make recommendations to clients about policy coverage, changes, exclusions and insurance coverage needs
- Perform other duties as requested, including exercising discretion and judgment prioritizing workload
Skills
- Property and Casualty License must be obtained within 75 days of the first day of New Hire Onboarding
- Basic knowledge of personal lines insurance coverage
- The employee is responsible for adherence to the stated expectations of the E&O Plus Quality Management Program
