Client Solutions Advisor

CCC Intelligent Solutions is a leading cloud platform for the insurance economy, creating intelligent experiences for various stakeholders. The Client Solutions Advisor will drive customer success and product adoption within repair facilities and dealerships by providing support, training, and identifying growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive client engagement: Provide regular onsite and remote support to assigned body shops and dealers
  • Training and onboarding: Deliver product education and drive adoption of new tools and updates
  • Territory growth: Identify new opportunities and support add-on product sales to boost revenue
  • Field expertise: Guide customers through best practices for using CCC’s electronic parts procurement solution
  • Data driven coaching: Use performance reporting to support customer success stories and improvements
  • Collaboration: Work cross functionally with sales and implementation teams to maximize value in your territory

Skills

  • 1 – 2 years in a repair facility, dealership or similar environment (collision estimating experience is a major plus)
  • Strong presentation, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Comfort with technology, MS Office, and CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel extensively (50 – 75% overnight)
  • Deep Knowledge of collision repair and dealership operations
  • Strong work ethic and energy
  • Strategic thinker who acts with integrity and customer focus
  • Confident decision maker and relationship builder
  • Team oriented and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
  • College Degree Preferred
  • Previous experience in territory management and B2B account management preferred
