Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Allstate is a trusted insurance brand seeking to grow their local agencies through dedicated Insurance Sales Professionals. In this role, you will build relationships, achieve sales goals, and educate customers on insurance products to help protect their families and futures.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals by generating new business and cross-selling to existing customers
- Identify and qualify leads from various sources
- Educate customers on Allstate products that meet their needs
- Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life’s uncertainties
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience
Skills
- Strong interest in a sales career
- No insurance experience required—we'll help you get licensed
- Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and follow-through
- Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses
- Sales experience is a plus!
