Retirement Savings Plan Analyst – NWPS
Raymond James is a financial services company that provides investment and retirement planning services. They are seeking a Retirement Savings Plan Analyst to support daily operations for clients’ retirement plans, managing cash flow, monitoring transactions, and responding to inquiries from clients and their employees.
Responsibilities
- Manage retirement plan cash flow
- Monitor and analyze daily transactions and data collection
- Handle benefit payment requests with accuracy
- Review and execute trades as part of a nightly trading team, working non-standard hours one to three nights a week
- Respond accurately to phone and email inquiries professionally and courteously
- Discuss retirement plan features with clients and their employees
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in financial services
- Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience approved by Human Resources
- Communicating effectively, both orally and in writing
- Excellent problem-solving capability
- Strong critical thinking
- Basic scripting
- Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications, including Microsoft Office and established databases
- Team player who can also be an independent contributor
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills sufficient to recognize and detect errors and offer resolution
- Analyze retirement plan cash flow
- Multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Efficiently manage time and resources to overcome quantitative and analytical challenges as they arise
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization
- Work under stress created by time deadlines and work volume fluctuations
- Prepare and deliver clear, effective, and professional presentations
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
