Occupational Therapist- Per Diem
BAYADA is a non-profit organization focused on quality care for clients, currently seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide therapy services for Early Intervention and pediatrics in Southern Delaware. The role involves working closely with families and supporting children's learning in their natural environments.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with families using coaching interaction style, giving the tools they need to help their child succeed
- Support the child's learning in their natural environment with familiar people- services can be at home, child care, the library, or even the playground!
- Uses electronic documentation system for each visit
- Complete weekly visits
Skills
- License active and in good standing- If you do not have a Delaware license, we are available to provide assistance in obtaining one, if necessary
- Birth to Five and or Home Care experience preferred
