Facilitator

Spectrum is a leading provider of communication and entertainment products. As a Facilitator, you will lead engaging learning sessions and manage classroom dynamics to empower participants in skill development.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging learning sessions that develop participants' skills, both in-person and online
• Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a positive learning environment for all
• Keep track of participant progress and performance, offering feedback to encourage growth
• Administer all training logistics, from class preparation to tracking evaluations
• Follow structured guides to lead discussions and activities that enhance learning
• Pursue opportunities for personal growth in facilitation and classroom management
• Coach learners on specific skills to help them succeed in their roles

Skills

• Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of training and/or work experience
• 1+ year(s) of training delivery experience and 3+ years in the functional area or a related business unit
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Communicate clearly with all levels of management and team members
• Think critically and analyze effectively
• Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Engage with the public professionally
• Feel comfortable presenting to groups both online and in person
