Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications) preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in live chat or phone support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
  • Ability to work independently, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in using live chat software and social media platforms
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
