Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team of skilled professionals. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our proprietary web application. Key Responsibilities
* Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners
- Type data into our database from paper documents provided directly from customers
- Enter data into a proprietary web application
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Meet productivity and quality standards to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
Requirements
* Must be over the age of 18 with an internet connection
- No prior experience is required, but prior experience is preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred Skills
* 1+ years experience as a data entry clerk or in a related field
- Basic understanding of databases
- Strong, demonstrated computer skills
- Ability to type at least 60 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy
- Familiarity with data entry software and systems
