As a Senior Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to a wide variety of informational indexes utilized for information/text mining, analysis, and informed business decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Under moderate supervision, plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to a wide variety of informational indexes utilized for information/text mining, analysis, and informed business decision-making.
• Gain insights into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect structured and unstructured data from multiple dissimilar sources.
• With moderate guidance, develop solutions from initial concept to production and communicate results to a broad range of audiences.
• Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to management, via understanding of the business model and the data available for analysis.
• Regularly utilize data, statistical, and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation.
• Mentor less senior staff, work in cross-functional teams and projects, and regularly present to management.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Economics, or Finance. Additionally, you will need to have at least 3 years of work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience or coursework with SAFE Agile, probability and statistics, TSQL/PLSQL, Python or R, mathematical modeling, and discrete data analysis are highly desirable. Proficiency in analysis software and applications, such as Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx, Python/R, automation, revenue data, and basic accounting knowledge, is also preferred.
