Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring that our customers leave our store feeling satisfied and valued
- Promote our products and services to our customers, providing them with information and recommendations to help them achieve their goals
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer service goals, providing support and assistance as needed
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on our products and services to provide accurate and informed advice to our customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you're equipped to provide the best possible service to our customers
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education an asset
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, often hectic retail environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Bi-lingual an asset, but not required
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Knowledge of our products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop your skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Experience with customer service software and systems, such as CRM and POS
