Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through:
- Inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Managing customer accounts and providing technical support
- Application data entry and online chat inquiries as assigned
- Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies
- Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
- Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
- Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities
- Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
- Comfort working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
- Self-motivation and a success-driven attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, a plus
Preferred Experience
While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, particularly in the health insurance industry, is highly valued. Familiarity with Group and/or Individual health insurance, the Affordable Care Act, and CRM systems is also a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
* Hourly rate: $15.00 - $16.50, with performance incentives
- Spanish Bilingual: $17.00/hr, with performance incentives
