- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA preferred)
- 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
- Strong cost accounting experience
- Familiarity with public sector contracting
- Experience leading technical professionals
- Understanding of operations, financial regulations, and healthcare compliance
- Experience in multi-site organizations is a plus
- Experience in clinical and/or forensic laboratory services/diagnostics industries is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies that fuel company growth
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Lead financial reporting and compliance initiatives
- Manage treasury functions and assess financial risks
- Foster relationships across the company and with external partners
- Identify and implement process improvements and cost reductions
- Mentor and develop finance, accounting, contracting, and procurement teams
- Manage facilities financial reporting and general office expenses
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Expertise in financial modeling and reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
