Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Bilingual Spanish/English required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
• High School Diploma or GED required, with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
• 6 months of Call Center experience preferred, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
• Ability to type 25 wpm, with comfort using desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
• Proven oral and written communication skills, with logical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Availability to work various shifts, with the ability to adapt to a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
