Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Chandler, AZ. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and customers, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also have the opportunity to work from home, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide support to customers with their pharmacy benefit plans, including answering questions about prescription coverage, mail-order solutions, and other related topics
  • Use your knowledge and skills to resolve customer issues and concerns in a positive and helpful way
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Windows-based applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting

  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy benefit plans and related regulations
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
