You will interact with Technologists in the field, work with reps at our various regional accounts, and collaborate with Directors of Nursing and Administration to provide top-notch service. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary duties will include:

  • Receiving and processing customer orders by telephone or fax, ensuring all customer requests are handled in a prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Processing all customer orders in accordance with established company standards and procedures.
  • Providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customers, solving routine and complex problems, and escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • Displaying active listening and superior customer service skills for both external and internal customers.
  • Documenting activity to blithequark's system and maintaining accurate records.
  • Entering orders manually via our fax process and operating the phone system effectively.
  • Adhering to work schedules and performing other duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need:

  • Ability to work independently and as a team, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer knowledge and proficiency in using software applications.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to execute and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to type 35-40 words per minute.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Medical terminology experience is preferred but not required.
  • A minimum of a High school Diploma or equivalent required.
  • High-speed internet access for remote work.
