Job Summary

As a Part-Time Data Entry and Ticketing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, while also performing data entry and ticketing tasks. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real impact on the lives of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and assist customers with the tagging and stuff registration process

  • Utilize a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets
  • Manage the registration process, ensuring that customers have the necessary documentation for travel
  • Label luggage and perform lifting tasks that involve moving luggage from scales to transportation lines
  • Practice security-conscious behaviors in every operational cycle and system
  • Use computers to help customers with seat availability, gate announcements, and loading process information
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Practice security-conscious behaviors in every operational cycle and system
  • Accompany unaccompanied minors and disabled travelers throughout the airport
  • Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift bags or items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to lift bags or items weighing between 50 and 70 pounds
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, using proper grammar, tone, and articulation
  • Ability to work a fixed or rotating schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple responsibilities and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of energy and productivity in a dynamic environment
