Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • A High School diploma or GED, demonstrating your foundational education and ability to learn and grow within our organization.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a contact center or customer service environment within a business setting, showcasing your ability to interact professionally with customers and resolve issues effectively.
  • 6 months of computer experience in a business environment, highlighting your proficiency in using technology to manage customer interactions, update records, and perform other job-related tasks.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance, which is crucial for handling sensitive customer information and ensuring the security of our operations.

Preferred Qualifications
