About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our global Customer and Product Success team, based remotely in Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will own a portfolio of customer accounts, operating as a trusted advisor and partner to blithequark customers. Your primary objective will be to develop strong customer relationships, promote retention through customer-realized value, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of customer accounts across the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and expansion
  • Delivering customer training and education on our cloud technology solutions
  • Building deep and healthy relationships with key customer stakeholders, including CFOs, FinOps leads, engineers, and cloud architects
  • Identifying risk and creating mitigation plans in collaboration with our Account Managers, Technical Account Managers, and leadership team
  • Evaluating and analyzing customer needs, sharing insights with our organization, and advocating for customer interests
  • Maintaining a detailed understanding of our products and services, as well as customer use cases, to advise customers on how to leverage our solutions effectively
  • Escalating problems and customer feedback to our engineering team, product managers, and other departments as needed

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success, preferably in a B2B SaaS company
  • 1-2 years of experience with a public cloud platform, such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
  • Proven ability to drive success plans, achieve customer targets, and foster positive business relationships
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to learn new technologies and products quickly
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, accountability, and personal organization
  • A highly motivated and positive attitude, with a strong desire to learn and develop professional competencies
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential

Bonus points will be given for experience with finance or data analytics, cloud provider certifications, or additional languages.
