What You'll Do

As a Native Japanese Customer Support Consultant, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support via chats and emails, building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, and meeting team KPIs. You'll also be responsible for:

  • Providing secure and timely support to customers via chats and emails
  • Building strong relationships with customers and resolving their queries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Meeting team KPIs and contributing to the growth and success of our business
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments
  • Working with sensitive customer information and maintaining confidentiality
  • Applying the latest customer happiness practices to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of our clients' products and services
  • Communicating effectively with developers and other departments of various IT companies

What You Need to Succeed

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Native Japanese and English communication skills
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
  • Experience with cryptocurrency platforms
  • Analytical and research skills
  • A positive and responsible attitude
  • A personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

A Great Plus

While not essential, experience with CRM systems would be a great plus in this role.
