About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in our customer-centric approach, providing top-notch support to our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries with speed, accuracy, and empathy, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, informative, and resolution-focused. Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and respond to customer inquiries via chat, phone, or email, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns
  • Continuously develop and expand your knowledge of blithequark's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices, to deliver expert-level support and guidance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, sales, and marketing, to identify and resolve complex issues, improve processes, and enhance customer experiences
  • Document and share frequent customer issues, solutions, and feedback to inform product development, improve support processes, and drive business growth
  • Provide personalized solutions, proactive follow-ups, and exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
  • Work Monday to Friday, 9 am-6 pm, CST, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and customer requirements

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a software support position, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer satisfaction
  • The ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies and processes, and demonstrate an "I'll figure it out" attitude, while also being comfortable asking questions and seeking guidance when needed
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a remote team
  • A genuine passion for connecting with people from diverse backgrounds, treating everyone with respect, kindness, and empathy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and informative responses to customer inquiries
  • Experience in the salon and spa industry, or beauty and wellness in general, would be a significant plus, although not required
