About the Team

AlphaSense is a market intelligence platform that helps leading institutional investors, corporations, and consultancies make better decisions. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Advocacy Program Manager to join our growing team.

About the Role

The Customer Advocacy Program Manager will be instrumental in scaling our customer advocacy programs by driving the creation and optimization of our operational engine. This role is responsible for creating and refining content workflows, producing a high volume of customer content, and ensuring the efficient amplification of the customer voice across various channels.
