Job Overview

As an E-Commerce Account Manager for Wayfair, you will play a pivotal role in managing our customer accounts, developing sales strategies, and analyzing internal data to identify trends and areas of improvement. You will be the primary point of contact for our Wayfair.com account, working closely with buyers to plan seasonal and promotional events, manage ecommerce portals, and coordinate with our Supply Chain, Product Development, and marketing teams on sales initiatives. Your expertise in ecommerce account management, combined with your passion for digital innovation and customer service, will enable you to make a significant impact on our business and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts on Wayfair.com, ensuring timely and effective communication with buyers and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue growth, including PPC and promotions
  • Analyze internal data to identify trends and areas of improvement, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions
  • Perform market research to identify and execute growth opportunities, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Product Development, and marketing teams on sales initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and aligned approach to ecommerce

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an Ecommerce Account Manager, with a proven track record of managing Wayfair.com accounts
  • A friendly and outgoing personality, with a helpful and customer-service-oriented approach
