Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and live chat. You will assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, and general inquiries, while also resolving and addressing customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism. Your role will be to provide guidance and support to customers regarding travel options, policies, and promotions, while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
