Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software applications and Amazon's platform
  • Ability to navigate multiple software systems and tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
