Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Director of Data Architecture and Engineering to lead our data initiatives and drive the execution of our data product strategy. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the design and development of data pipelines, solutions, and end-to-end data architecture to support our business needs. You will manage and inspire a high-performing team of data engineers and architects, ensuring the robustness, security, and scalability of our data systems.

Key Responsibilities

• MDM and Data Governance: Implement Master Data Management (MDM) and governance practices to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the organization.
• Cloud Solutions: Develop and manage cloud-based data solutions, ensuring data protection and regulatory compliance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their data needs and aligning them with our data strategy.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree: Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 12 years in data engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Technical Skills and Expertise

• Proven Experience: Data strategy, architecture, and MDM implementation.
