We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable individual to join our team as a Clerk Typist / Virtual Assistant / Administrative Assistant. In this remote role, you will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our team, ensuring smooth daily operations. This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, tech-savvy, and thrives in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry and word processing tasks
  • Type and format documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Manage emails, calendars, and schedules for team members
  • Conduct online research and compile information as needed
  • Maintain digital filing systems and organize electronic documents
  • Assist with meeting coordination, note-taking, and follow-ups
  • Provide general virtual administrative support to staff and departments
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant, typist, or administrative assistant
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 50 WPM preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
  • Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Slack, Trello, or Asana
  • Experience with customer service or support
  • Bookkeeping or data entry experience
