  • Prepare Itineraries and Resolve Customer Issues: Use your problem-solving skills to prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and resolve customer complaints in a mutually beneficial manner.
  • Communicate with Customers: Build strong relationships with customers over the phone, researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights, and communicating new rules, policies, and procedures that affect them.

All You'll Need for Success

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum Qualifications:

+ A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training

  • Preferred Qualifications:

+ A degree in a field such as Business Administration, Communications, or a related field + Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Essential Skills:

+ Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills + Knowledge of Native SABRE + Ability to be resourceful and creative at immediate problem resolution + Ability to demonstrate high levels of initiative, exercise good judgment, and be dependable

  • Licenses and Certifications:

+ Satisfactory attendance required
