Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to senior representatives when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system
• Provide detailed information about Blithequark's products and services to customers
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Continuously develop knowledge of Blithequark's products and services to provide exceptional customer experiences

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• No prior experience required – we will provide comprehensive training!
• High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn our CRM system
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience (not required but a plus!)
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
