Job Overview: Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll work alongside our team to grow into a top producer in the Life Insurance space. This role requires no cold calling, as our clients have responded to our marketing and are expecting our call. You'll have the opportunity to build your own business and earn what you're willing to work for, with our proprietary lead generation and training systems in place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with clients daily via phone to discuss their insurance needs and provide solutions
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to develop your sales skills and knowledge
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Utilize technology such as Google Calendar, CRM's, Zoom, and general internet use to manage your sales process
  • Be a self-starter, motivated, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment

Essential and Preferred Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Life and Health Insurance License (Preferred)
  • A proven background in sales, with a strong work ethic and high integrity
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Good technology skills, including Google Calendar, CRM's, Zoom, and general internet use
  • The ability to work independently and be self-motivated
